Outsourced.

Well it is no secret for you now probably that I don't have long left at my current work. I have known about the fact that my job has become redundant (actually since mid august). The last few months, december and january I will spend on site with Dell's OSP and help them 'go live'. It is an interessting experience and I also get a lot of experience in manageing others aswell as training others. Maybe that will lead somewere?? Who knows!?

Moreover my jobsearch are going slow at the moment. Not applied for new ones in a while. But I guess it is time to start trying again. My aim is either programming and/or consultancy. Consultancy might not be the best market now though since the economy is slowing down. I could aswell consider Business Analyst or similar, which if I should be honest, does not sound so bad at all. However considering my background maybe programming will be something I would like better even though I am sure I would like both.

Now back to work, breaks over...

Groningen nostalgia....

....so Katia and me went to Gronigen this weekend to visit since her old officemate was defending his thesis and graduating. At the same time we took the opportunity to re-live the memories of the past were our story had its first steps in 'normal' life (Well since I met my wife normal is hardly the correct word, and to that I am glad).

We sleept over at Katias old spanish friend and had a really nice time. First time I have gotten drunk in quite a while, however I had no hangover to speak about saturday morning which was not exactly what my wife could say. Poor Katia, she was feeling soooooo bad. :)

But all in all a nice weekend, we both needed it.

Accepting the unacceptable...

Acceptable

Unacceptable
1. not acceptable : not pleasing or welcome.

What is acceptable? And what are accepted of someone else when you have done something unacceptable? Is behavior of the human being acceptable? Is it acceptable to give in to human feelings, emotions and to fall for human weaknesses? Is it unacceptable not to do what is expected of you? If you are human is it not expected you will behave like one? Why is it not accepted to behave like a human if you accept the fact that you are one? Can you accept yourself being human? If you think someone else have done something unacceptable does the unacceptable things then become acceptable? Can you accept the unacceptable?? Can you... Do you... Human?!
